My Guppies are offered for sale only on the following terms and conditons

Unless stated otherwise, fish for sale will be 2 to 4 months old, still to gain their full size, finnage and colour and are bred directly from show quality fish. I am a hobbyist breeder and the fish are surplus from my small breeding programme and so limited in availability.

Delivery: Fish will be sent, bagged separately if room allows , packed in a cardboard lined non-returnable polystyrene box with heat pack as required, the water is  treated  with an ammonia detoxifier.
A despatch date will be agreed before despatch ( Mon to Thurs ) depending on my availability, delivery should be before 1.00 pm the next day but can often be much earlier. Weather conditions may cause a delay in despatch, if so you will be notified. Saturday delivery £2.20 extra.
 It is essential that an adult is available to sign for the fish on the first delivery.
I will e-mail you when dispatched with a tracking number; you can then track the parcel from early of the day of delivery. Live delivery is guaranteed, but in the unlikely event that a fish is dead on arrival I should be notified within two hours. A full refund will be made for the dead fish, or if required and available, a replacement sent,the buyer must pay the delivery costs for the replacement. 
Please note I am unable to refund carriege costs and buyer must pay carriege costs for any replacement
